Bio

John Farkas, and and his wife Renee, have been married for 24 years. They have three children:  Bennett (22), Luke (18) and Lauren (13).

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1988 with degrees in Theatre and English.

John has always worked in the process of bringing creative projects together. After working nearly 2 decades as Creative Director for two large churches, the focus of his vocational energy is directed toward leading Golden Spiral, a marketing agency that harnesses the forces of media, technology, and community to create compelling brand narratives that empower our clients to soar in the post-digital, experience-centric world..

“In one form or another I have always been about telling great stories.” John reflects, “The narrative is a the center of our humanity. Great stories cut through our defenses and imprint us at our core. Tell someone a great story — at the least it will leave an impression — but it could change the course of their lives”.

Ask John why he exists he will tell to point mankind to its Creator and the world that is to come.

John enjoys creative writing, exploring the outdoors, building, remodeling and redecorating houses and riding his bicycle.

"Even in literature and art, no man who bothers about originality will ever be original: whereas if you simply try to tell the truth (without caring twopence how often it has been told before) you will, nine times out of ten, become original without ever having noticed it."
